Email (logical data type)

Vinyl 3.0

The Email Logical Data Type should be configured at the Table Definition screen of the Business Logic Layer, for any field where you wish to capture, store and display Email Address information. The Email Logical Data Type will ensure proper formatting is used for the Email Address information.
